Guided Retreat

Practice Shifting from Doing to Being

Take some time away from the busyness and demands of daily living. Allow Jim Sharon or Ruth Sharon to guide you right in your own home or at your chosen location.

On a one or two day personal retreat, you can:

* refresh yourself with practices to awaken and enliven your Being state.

* explore various attitudes and behaviors and how you might want to change them.

* come to appreciate and love yourself more.

* deepen your contact with nature

Jim or Ruth design the retreat with you ahead of time, then on the day of your retreat, you meet virtually at the beginning and end of the retreat. A follow up call helps support integrating the practices into your everyday life.

Ruth and Jim have each led and participated in many retreats, including silent ones.
