Heartwise Relationship Academy

Online Learning for Couples

So many couples find themselves frustrated, spinning their wheels, rehashing the same issues over and over again without ever seeming to make progress. They feel stuck, using up lots of time and energy that they’d much rather be spending on building a joyful, satisfying relationship with their partner.

In response to these questions, and the growing need that many people have for authentic, heart-centered guidance, Dr. Jim and Ruth Sharon have come together with other relationship experts to offer online learning for couples and individuals.

In the HeartWise Relationship Academy, we share practical tools and approaches for being HeartWise.

HeartWise Circle

Co-create a virtual circle with others who are learning and growing in our capacity to love and be loved, in our most primary relationships. We gather in a heartwise wisdom pool to share what we are learning and to ask questions or clarify concerns.

Come as a couple, alone or with friends. All are welcome.

Together we explore relevant topics in love relationships in safe and sacred ways.

As we center and calm, we are open to experiencing safety with others.

You are free to attend each month, or just drop in, to speak or just listen, to be on or off camera.

Your hosts: Dr. Jim and Ruth Sharon, Founders of HeartWise Relationship Academy and invited HeartWise faculty and guests

Are you ready to find out just how good your relationship can be?

We’ve devoted our entire careers as change agents and influencers to promote attitudes and skills for self-care, healthy lifestyles and fulfilling love relationships (couple-care).

Married since 1970, we have professionally counseled, coached, and offered seminars and retreats to thousands of couples. We’ve had the opportunity to see what actually works when it comes to long-term, lasting happiness, not just for us, but for couples with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. We’ve observed that as relationships grow toward their highest potential, they become powerful catalysts for individual transformation, as well. And what’s more, when people engage in healthy, sustained, supportive relationships, the effects ripple out into the community to cultivate a culture of love.

HeartWise, as our sixth published book, responds to your desires to move from pain to satisfaction. Learning and growing as a couple is a true blessing.

What’s keeping you from growing together?

Sometimes couples seek coaching or counseling to help them deal with a specific conflict or an ongoing challenge that never seems to get resolved. In many cases, though, the couples we work with are in stable, caring relationships. They often think of themselves as “happy enough,” but they have a nagging feeling that something is missing — that there could be more. And they’re right.

There could be more. They could be experiencing deeper communication, stronger collaboration, closer intimacy, and better sex. They could be helping one another to grow spiritually. They could be building a conscious, soulful partnership in which each partner is supported in accomplishing their dreams.

You can get there. You just need to learn how.

The HeartWise Approach

The skills for developing strong, mature, enduring partnerships are ones that anyone can master — especially if you’ve got a great teacher. We’ve invited 14 other expert therapists, coaches, and educators from around the country to join us in sharing their favorite, time-tested tools and practices for taking relationships to the next level.

The foundation of this work is an approach that we call HeartWise. HeartWise is a new framework for relating with others and with ourselves. It’s a way to access your own heart-centered wisdom and a method for bringing your life into alignment with what’s most important to you. We can help you move past the places where you’ve been stuck so that you can find out just how rewarding and nourishing a relationship can be.
